My journey into healthcare has been driven by a deep desire to serve others and the fulfillment I derive from positively impacting their lives. From a young age, I was often the one called upon to assist with muscle aches and pain, a calling I didn't fully recognize until later. I pursued nursing and dentistry, but it was a massage class that opened my eyes to my true passion as a massage therapist. I find that the muscles communicate with me in profound ways, and when I place my hands on someone, transformative healing occurs.Specializing in deep tissue massage and pain management, I am also trained in a variety of other modalities. Utilizing premium oils, creams, and essential oils to achieve optimal results. Ensuring that each experience is exceptional and unforgettable. As a mother of three, I have personally experienced postpartum depression without initially recognizing it and amongst so many more trials in my life. I struggled with feelings of inadequacy and guilt for taking time for myself, often believing that my worth was tied solely to my ability to give to others. After navigating some challenging moments, I realized the importance of self-care; a voice within me reminded me that if I do not take care of myself, I cannot be fully present for those I love. So giving/ serving from a full cup was a MUST.
This realization sparked a mission within me: to create a safe haven for others to escape, rejuvenate, and replenish their energy. I want to empower others to fill their own cups so that they can better support themselves and the ones they love.
